Workout structure:
3 warm up exercises
30 second HIIT exercise
20 second rest between each exercise
14 different HIIT exercises
a total of 25 HIIT exercises in 2 sets
Total workout duration: 21 minutes

Keys for an excellent HIIT fitness routine:

* keep your workout under 25 minutes to avoid stress to your muscles and body
* make your exercise in a high-intense interval structure
* make short (30 sec) but very intense workouts
