I laughed so much throughout this cardio dance workout that it might as well have been an ab workout! Guys I am SO EXCITED to be showing you a fun and easy to learn dance routine to "We Go Together" from the Broadway musical GREASE!

I invited my friend and the creator of 567Broadway Joseph Corella over to teach us all a fun cardio dance workout! I first discovered his class at Kym Herjavec's studio, THE BOD in Beverly Hills. I fell in love with his energy and how simple yet exciting the choreography was! There were women of all ages in his class! In fact, I think some of the older ladies were totally out dancing the rest of us! Everyone was just oozing happiness.

If you're looking for a fun way to get your heart rate up, do cardio, burn fat, and avoid the treadmill…do this cardio dance routine with me and Joseph!

We'll start out with a warmup to "Summer Nights", go through the routine step by step, and then end with a finale dance to "We Go Together" sung by the amazing Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta.
