Kim Kardashian's butt. Whether you want to believe it's real or that it's fake, all I know is that her butt workout is FOR REAL. I found Kim's butt workout on the Women's Health Mag website and thought why not give it a try? The routine is developed by her trainer Melissa Alcantara, and she says that Kim does this routine 2x/week.
I've created "at home" modifications for you guys who may not have a gym membership but still want a Kardashian booty! Oh and since we're on this topic – let me be clear that I'm trying these celeb workouts not because I want to look like a celeb, I simply want to try something new! And in doing so, I hope to be stronger while learning some things along the way.
Here are the moves we will be doing today! You will want to do 4 sets of each.
