How to Get That Beyoncé Body | Cassey Tries Celebrity Workouts

Today I'm putting myself through a Beyoncé total body workout! She's such a fabulous, confident QUEEN that is not only gorgeous, but also incredibly STRONG!

Her routine was developed by her personal trainer Marco Borges and you can find the entire thing here:

Beyoncé's workouts focus on Power Moves. This means you'll be moving all 4 major joints at once (Shoulders, Hips, Elbows, Knees). The idea is that by moving all major body joints, you are working out faster and smarter. You get more done in less time! Beyoncé typically does this workout every Tuesday and Thursday!

The Moves (do 12-15 reps of each, and do 3-4 rounds)

1) Squat and press
2) Reverse lunges
3) Single Leg Pelvic Thrust
4) Pushup into side plank
5) Cobra Planks
6) Reverse Dips
7) Pike Pushups
8) V-Ups
9) Heel Touch Crunches – side to side obliques
10) Straight leg crunches
11) Bicycle Crunches

You can do this workout at the gym or at home with my equipment free modifications! Have fun!
