Today we are mixing MMA, Strength Training and Cardio into one workout! This workout is made up of one cardio (mma) move and one strength move. We repeat each move twice then put them together for a combo! We also have a fun your choice cardio element to it at the end of each combo from you to get your heart rate pumping. This workout has 5 rounds, each round has 4 30 second exercises and 2 45 second exercises!
