This class has to be your main core class during your second and your third trimester as the belly is growing and as we begin to learn how to connect to the deep core muscles in our new body.
Having a strong core is important in order to prevent or minimize back pain, hip pain, bad posture and so forth. A good core is important during delivery and recovery so thats a bonus. Learning proper breathing can connect you to your body and it can allow you to be more in touch with the process your body and your soul are going through. Come back to this class a few times a week.
